Data We Collect
We collect only the minimal data necessary to provide and secure the NEOS API: email address (for authentication and support), company name (for billing and identification), and API usage logs (metadata including timestamps, endpoint calls, request volume, and error codes).
What We Don't Do
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, profile users, sell data to third parties, or use it for advertising of any kind.
Data Retention
API usage logs are retained for 90 days from the date of collection, after which they are permanently deleted. Email addresses and company names are retained for the duration of your active account plus 12 months following closure, unless earlier deletion is requested.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except with authorized service providers under strict contractual data processing agreements, or when required by Chilean law or a competent judicial authority.
Your Rights
Under Chile's Law 19.628 and GDPR principles, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or restrict processing; and request data portability. Contact founder@ne-os.com — we respond within 15 business days.
